人生在世，总避免不了与人交往，有的是为工作，有的是为友情，还有的是为了生意，良友犹如益师，而损 友则会让人走上但是，在我们生活中的缤纷世界里存在着形形色色的人群，有十种人是属于损友，断然不能交往的。
一、喜欢搬弄事非的人。这种人极端自私，喜欢按照自己的喜恶标准和个人利益多少来判断事物的好坏，这 种人特别喜欢把道听途说的事情进行添油加醋地加工后到处传说，虽说有的人并不是存心想与你为敌，可他们的心里藏不住东西，总是会情不自禁的到处说道，因 此，谁都不喜欢和这种喜欢搬弄是非的人做知心朋友，他们会把聊天时涉及到需要保密的信息自觉或不自觉的曝光在大众面前，让你万分无奈。
这种人在工作上很不适合作为重要岗位人选的，因为，这种人的破坏能量往往会超过你的想象。
二、刺探别人隐私的人。这类人的行为大致可以分为善意的和恶意的二种。善意的人往往也不知道保护别人 隐私的基本道德，看到了、听到了就随口一说，也不知道事情的严重后果。而恶意者往往会在别人不经意间收集或刺探别人的隐私，这种人对别人的隐私有特别的兴 趣，而且还爱好把刺探到别人的隐私作为茶余饭后的谈资，尤其是故意说一些单位领导的隐私，以极力显摆自己与领导的特殊关系，显得自己很有能耐，以抬高自己 的身价。
三、善于阳奉阴违的人。这种人是“当面一套背后一套”，当着你的面可以把你吹捧地上天入地，而背着你 又会把你说得一钱不值。这种人是非常可恶的，可你就是拿他没辙，你不可能为了他的阳奉阴违而当面指责，即便你感到他的做作太可恶了，你也只能是微微的一 笑。这种人是最能瓦解团队斗志，最能造成朋友间、同事间不团结的势利小人，因此，对付这种人的最好办法就是不与交往。
四、缺乏基本道义的人。不管学历有多高，受教育的时间有多长，有的人就是天生缺乏道德修养，缺乏基本 的道义和礼仪。当身边的朋友遇到困难的时候，基本上是很难得到这种人帮助的，不仅如此，这种人的为人处事更多的时候是让人侧目的。如在公众场所随口吐痰或 乱丢垃圾，在公众场合经常做一些破坏性的事情，乘坐公共交通不给老人让坐，捐款捐物时经常缺席等等，虽说不是什么大不了的事情，可让人感觉很差。
五、缺乏团队意识的人。如果一个团队中有那么几个或个别人缺乏团队意识，如没有严格的作息时间，没有 严密的工作计划，没有严谨的工作态度等等。在团队中绝大多数人老是在为个别人的自以为是付出代价时，你就会非常厌恶这些人，自然而然的在心理上排斥或产生 不想和这类人共事的想法，这是一件很自然的事情，毕竟在我们为事业奋斗的过程中，每个人的团队意识和团队精神总是会影响到我们整个事业的成败。
六、过于自私自利的人。有的人把自己的利益看得比西瓜大，把集体和团队的荣誉看得比芝麻小。做任何事 情之前首先要权衡自己的利害得失，对自己有利的事情是削尖脑袋往里钻，对无利可图的事情，不管别人怎么动员就是无动于衷。这种人经常会为几块钱而找你理 论，为加班调休安排会找你评理。他们习惯性地用放大镜来看别人的缺点，而对自己的缺点可以视而不见。和这种比“铁公鸡”还厉害的“糖公鸡”共事或做朋友， 每次都会“粘掉你一层皮”，让你望而生畏。
七、缺 乏知恩图报的人。中国有句古话叫“喝水不忘挖井人”以及“滴水相赠当以涌泉相报”，说得就是人应该学会知恩图报，学会感恩。如在你企业即将倒闭时、在你求 学面临经济或其它困难时、在你生病无力支付巨额医药费时，在你的生命中给你提供过帮助的人，我们是否应该怀着感恩之心，在自己有能力的时候应该自觉的回报 社会，回报恩人？然而，我们要千万提防那些善于过河拆桥的势利小人，因为这些人不值得我们帮助。
请你筛 选身边的人，如果和这七种人成为朋友或同事，那绝对会让你吐血不止。
