Cat strangling: Info wanted

A cat was found dead on Saturday tied to a pipe at Block 205, Toa Payoh North. It is believed to have been strangled to death with the string.

The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of those responsible for the act.

Animal cruelty is punishable by imprisonment of up to a year and/or fine of up to $10,000.

I’m cursing the person who did this.

    hai there! i’m a cat lover! i can’t stand to see something horrible and tragic such this thing. the person who did that is an insane people which don’t have brain and suffering from mental illness. f*** u and may u die horribly like what he did to that cat!
