Red Dot Brew House
2 weeks ago was my first visit to Red Dot Brew House with the guys for some business talks.

These are their varieties of beer. The guys ordered the Red Dot Lime Wheat: Looking very much like the Weizen beer, this zesty pint is highly refreshing particularly on hot, humid days. Made with the infusion of freshly sliced Thai limes to add a distinctive zest. A tart, fizzy and an ideal thirst-quencher. I thought it tastes like Hoegaarden?
I saw lots of people drinking Monster Green Lager (Strikingly green coloured pilsner definitely stands out for sheer novelty value but the taste doesn’t let down as well what with its traditional subtle taste of hops. Brewed and lagered with European-manufactured spirulina to give it a unique colour and a whiff of fresh fragrance). But I thought it was gross? It was like drinking wheatgrass? *YUCKY*
Well, the whole night, I had a glass of wine and mutiples ice water (trying to imagine that it was white wine. O.o
The guys had Pork Belly steak (Mr J’s), Salmon Steak (Bro & Jason) and Alex had a steak. Guess what I had? -_-” A stupid Tonno Tartaro Salad, which has fresh tuna tossed with gerkin, caper, onions and homemade dressing. Well, it’s tasty. The tuna were raw. YUMMY!
Looking forward to another Red Dot Brew House gathering.
P/S: Pardon for no picture as my BB does not capture nice pictures in the dark. =X
