I managed to seek Cenosis‘ permission to answer my readers’ questions posted previously! Aren’t you all excited to know?

Q1: I wonder how much cavitation cost?

Winnilicious: Well, the trial is $33. If you are considering better and faster results, of cos, do consider taking up a package. It’s really more worth it. The whole slimming package which will consist of other slimming equipments and treatments, including cavitation, will range from a few hundred bucks to a few thousand bucks. Obviously, it has to depend on individual needs. A FAT Winnilicious will definitely need more treatments as compared to a SLIM Winnilicious who only needs toning for her “bye bye arms”. That is common sense!

Therefore, it will be best for you to come down to the glasshouse and Cenosis’ consultants will tailor a suitable package to fit your needs. Don’t be afraid of packages, they won’t give you unnecessary stuff, only those that you need. I have done treatments for 2 weeks. Everyday, I am using some sort of technology for different effects.

Q2: Can effects of cavitation be seen in 1 session?

Winnilicious: Well, I saw it with my own eyes. I lost 18cm altogether in just 1 session! In fact, the rest of the bloggers saw it too at the bloggers’ conference.

Q3: Is cavitation lasting? Will it go back to original after a few days?

Winnilicious:

Cavitation actually creates micro-bubbles and increases the numbers and sizes of the bubbles. As the bubbles grow bigger, the bubbles burst. The force actually bursts the fat cells walls and the complex fatty acids will become simpler fatty acids and passes out from our poops. Therefore, once the fat cells are gone, they will take a few years to develop and grow. It is very essential that you don’t have the mindset that once you go slimming, therefore you can eat all the junk you want.

If so, then the nutritionists will be white elephants at Cenosis! =X Remember that maintenance is very important.

Q4: I only have flabby arms, thighs and budging stomach. Do I need to go to a slimming center?

Winnilicious: -_-” Of course , you have to. These parts are hard to get rid even with exercises!!!! If you exercise, you tend to develop mass and you are going to look like The Hulk, and I am sure you want to look smaller, instead of bigger right ?

Q5: The slimming packages cost a bomb! I have no money.

Winnilicious: -_-” Money is never enough. It depends on how we spend it. Ask yourself, how many youth do you have? ONE ONLY!!!!

- Do you want to hide yourself in big ugly looking tees and jeans for the rest of your life, and lie to yourself that you do not like that pretty slinky dress that you saw at ION Orchard?!

- For those who are single like me, do you want a bf? Do you want someone to spend your life with?

- For those who are married, do you want your hubby to go astray? Do you even feel sexy when you strip naked in front of your hubby?

- For those who have boyfriends, do you like your friends or even anyone to say that you are bigger sizes than your boyfriends? Do you really want to be ditched soon?

Well, the answer is obvious. NO!

You may think that a few thousand bucks is a lot, BUT have you thought otherwise?

- How much does your health cost? Are you aware that Singapore’s hospital daily room and board a day alone is already $418? Surgery, miscellaneous charges, doctor’s fees etc have not been taken into consideration!

- How much does your self esteem cost? Only that few thousand bucks?

- The cost of your pride? This is PRICELESS, okay?

I remember seaking to a friend of mine, Brother Simon. He said “No doubt, I prefer to have a woman with a heart of gold. But again, first impression counts. If she is *ahem* FAT, I don’t think that I will even have a second look at her. How the earth am I going to discover her heart of gold?” YES, THIS IS THE TRUTH! THE SAD TRUTH.

That is why “future husband”, Mr J refuses to marry me despite the fact that he promised me that if I am not married by the age of 30, he will marry me. So now, I am working hard towards my goal! I have like 6 months to the age of 30. (Duh…)

So all you need is to take this first step!

For me, even with the lost of a few kgs since last week, I am walking around with more confidence. I have even met some friends whom I have not been meeting these 2 years. I even went “group dating” with “future hubby”, Mr J, for a couple of times. I am feeling great. I am feeling happier! I am not lying to you when I tell you the happiness and confident I feel now is PRICELESS .

Q6: Why must I choose Cenosis and not other slimming centers like ABC or XYZ?

Winnilicious: Duh….. Which other slimming centers dare to organize a glasshouse event to show off their fat customers who will become slim in a short period of time? If you think carefully about it, if Cenosis has no confidence, why would they even “kill” themselves like that? Plus, Cenosis has been around for 10 years. If ineffective, they would have close shop long time ago! I know a lot of you out there are comparing prices left right center. But let me tell you this, It is the same logic as this: Buy a S$40 “Made in China”, no guarantee, no brand, no professional research MP3 player or a nice, reputable one that you know will last you for years? Think about it!

I have been receiving treatments at the glass house for almost 2 weeks now. One thing I can tell you is, IT IS NOT HARD WRITING THIS ADVERTORIAL EVEN. BECAUSE THEY ARE REALLY PROFESSIONAL AND EFFECTIVE!!!!

Plus the fact that Cenosis has great tie ups with UOB Bank credit cards. With interest free installments, it is really affordable monthly.

All thanks to Princessa. I got myself a Blackberry Bold. Initially, I was looking around for a phone. Well, my Sony Ericsson C902 is dying after some throws and hits when I threw my tantrums or simply, drunk. =X

I initially wanna wait for Sony Ericsson Satio with the 12 megapixels camera but for fark will I need a 12 MP camera when I aleady have a camera. -_-” Thought of a Iphone but it seems too common, even Ah Beng has it. LG Prada – The price don’t seem to fall and I don’t think I will be used to LG phones. Samsung Onmia – My cousin wanna sell it. So after much thoughts, I decided on a BB. In additional, Princessa got a BB so I am sure that this BB should be a good gadget. =D

BUT, I was hesitating between a BB Bold and a BB Storm. FINALLY, I settled for a BB Bold cos of the wifi. =D

Now, it’s time to go and play with my phone. ~ Hee Hee ~

GUESS WHAT?

I LOST 3.6kg WITHIN 1 WEEK TIME!!!!

To be frank, the only other alternative to achieve 3.2kg within a week will be PILLS. But are you aware of ‘risk’ involved in pills? Personally, I took the slimming pills before. I lost 12kg in 3 months time. BUT, I suffered from insomnia, dry mouth and my temper was HORRIBLE! Not only that, my weight bounced back and ended up with like 10kg heavier. =_(

Treatments I did at Cenosis. Cavitation is one of them. The machine actually breaks fat cells membrane by bursting the micro-bubbles. The complex fatty acids are then broken down into simpler fatty acids. These simple fatty acids can then be passed out as poop. =P Now, my beer storage is so much flatter. Hopefully, one day, people will stop thinking if I am pregnant. =)

I did ultrasound too. It uses sound wave vibration which penetrate into our skin to massage the fat cells, which will get rid of the stubborn fat, cellulite and water retention problems. Not only that, it improves blood circulation which increases oxygenation to the fat cells. Fat cells use this oxygen to burn off excess fat. It reduces water retention, breaks down stubborn fats, waste and toxins that can be easily flushed out from the fat cells. Do take note that this is a high frequency equipment and only a physiotherapist can perform it. The feeling is good. Warm and shiok. Simply like doing a massage. And I fell asleep. =X

There are all kinds of wraps. I did heat wrap. A cream is applied on my fatty area and I will be fully wrapped up. I will feel hot and eventually I perspire lots. From what I understand, it improves circulation, raises body temperature so that perspiration is induced, stimulates fat catabolism on localized fat, generalized obesity(fat) and cellulite. Generally, it is a detoxification therapy. I did a cold wrap as well! The feeling is like me being wrapped up like mummy. =X It’s not very cold as what others told me.

There is also EL1 which is a medium frequency current machine. It helps to reduce cellulite, improve circulation & lymph flow. The feeling is just like massaging. I always feel sleepy after this machine.

Thermolipolysis, which I was told is known as TT. To me, it’s actually “sun tanning”. I was told that it treats generalized obesity and cellulite. The high temperature accelerates the oxidation and catabolism of fat stores within fat cell.In a 30 minutes session, it actually burns 600 to 2400 calories = 6 to 9 mile run during a single session. WOW! No jogging for me from now on. =D

I also did a machine which I had forgotten the name. It is a small vacuum cleaner lookalike machine. From what I was told, it creates reduced pressure within clear cups applied to the body patterns which related directly to the lymph system of the body. The inverse pressure effect causes the skin and basal tissue to arch upwards to fill the cavity thus creating redness. It stimulates metabolism, good treatments for heavy hips and thighs, large buttocks and cellulites. SHIOK, I would say.

FINALLY, I have a little time to sit down and blog. @_@ But, let me show you a picture to make all of you JEALOUS. =P

Day 1 was the BIG day for me, Stephanie, Elaine, Mei Xin and Cenosis. Press release and blogger conference – I was indeed very nervous, especially the press release. Thanks to Mei Xin! She took the lead which, indeed, calmed me down. Thank god, I didn’t blackout during the press release. ~ Tee Hee ~ I still remembered Mei Xin’s encouraging pat on my shoulder during the press release. Talking about Mei Xin, she indeed changed my perception of a star. I thought ALL stars have air and are “dao” but I am surprised that Mei Xin is really friendly.

Throughout this one week, I seriously enjoy Mei Xin’s company. We joked, laughed and entertained each other with nonsenses when we were doing our treatment together. I even introduced her to my “Mr Piggy”. =P

*Sad* Mei Xin left the glasshouse last night as she needs to fly off to Vietnam. I am going to miss her. =_(

Fact or Fiction?

“MS NAOMI LIU GRADUATE FROM NGEE ANN POLYTECHNIC?”

Can someone tell me how TRUE is this?

I saw this from Kay Kay’s twitter and Ms “she-say-she-is-not-KPO” twitted me to ask me if it is true.

-_-” Well, I am no friend of Ms Liu. Neither am I foe of hers. I am just a super KPO reader of hers, who really want to know more about her and her life. You can even say I envy her – No need to work, Can afford to do gel nails every week, Good food every day and So many travellings in a year. And of cos, I do like her face and figure. She is such a chio babe!

Hmmmmm…. If I were her, the best way to verify will be a posting with her Ngee Ann Polytechnic Certificate. But again, technology is so good till you can fake one. =X SO…………………………………

This is remain as a mystery unless someone confirms.

BUT, if she was a Ngee Ann Poly graduate, then I will be a ……………………………. (Okay, keeping this to myself. =X)

My Little Diary at Cenosis Part 1

After 5 days of treatments at Cenosis, I lost approximately 2.2kg already! That is considered IMPRESSIVELY AMAZING!!!!!!

BYE BYE 2.2kg! Never ever will we meet again!

Physically, my dresses are not as tight as last week. =) Thank god! I am not going to outgrown the few pathetic dresses I have.

BEST is I SERIOUSLY FEEL THAT MY THIGHS ARE SMALLER! How the hell will I know? Well, as you know, when someone puts on weight, the thighs will be bigger & when you walk, there will be friction between your two thighs. So you know la, I always get painful rashes between the two thighs. CAN? Farking hell, I had to pretend it wasn’t painful and I had to walk “gracefully”. -_-” Well, these two days, I feel that I can walk normally. Some air can even get in between my thighs when I walk. =X AND I AM NOT KIDDING LOR. Winnilicious bitches; Winnilicious don’t lie!

Looking forward to my next treatment tomorrow afternoon. =) More KGs to shed.
