Mum was home with black face. I offered her a Mac ice-cream but I was totally ignored. Never mind. I never get myself involved too much with people with "tart-sai" brain. So what if she is my mum? Mum does not equal to unreasonable-ness. 

Mum to Dad: Where is the receipt I bought the Ichq card? The staff at Crystal Jade told me the telephone number is on it.

Winnilicious thought: For god sake, there is no telephone number on it. I had seen it before when you showed me the last time. Only website, www.ichqs.com.

Mum to Dad: The staff at Crystal Jade told me that they also don't know anything. It was their head office who told them to stop accepting the Ichq card.

Winnilicious thought: Obviously, they will tell you that. That is the only way to refuse all liabilities.

Dad to Mum: Already told you don't anyhow buy things already. Somemore, still put so much money inside?

Mum to Dad (displeased): How I know? They told me put $10 they give additional $10 value.

Winnilicious thought: Where on Earth got such good package one? Even my Harry's card, they only gave me extra $10 value when I top up $50. Moreover, the most I top-up is $100 and on the day itself, I will spend $50 odd already.  

Mum to Dad (still looking for receipt): I am going to call them tomorrow and ask them. If they are not going me an answer/ my money, I will tell them I am going to the police.

Winnilicious thought: Call them? I already say there is no number on the receipt. Now, not even the website has the number/ address. How to tell them? Call the police? Police will only take statement and ask you to go home and wait.

Winnilicious thought further: In fact, media is the best tools now. But if I were to call them, who will be doing all the talking? Me? I know nuts except for she bought the card. Plus, do I seriously have the time to entertain her "shits" she created? Still pissed off at her for shouting at me over the phone just now. So why should I help? So what if she is my mum? Does it mean that she kills someone and I help to dispose the dead body? Same logic. She must be taught some lesson as in real world lesson. I will come in only when Ichqs does not revert to my email by this Friday. 

MORAL OF STORY: Never be a gullible housewife. 

Now I know why housewives are always the targets of crime.  

An irritating Sunday of mine: 

Mum: Can you help me call Crystal Jade to ask if the pre-paid value card (from Ichqs.com) can be used?

Winnilicious ignored mum & thought: Why don't you go there& ask since you will be going to Jurong Point later?

A few hours later,  I heard my mum getting ready to go out, so I checked online for Crystal Jade's number and called.

Winnilicious: Can I check whether the Ichq card can be used already?

Crystal Jade staff: Cannot be used anymore.

Winnilicious: How come? I thought you all said that during CNY period, it could not be used and the date was extended to 29 February and now, 2nd March, you are telling me it cannot be used? I want to speak to Manager.

Manager: Hello… The card cannot be used already.

Winnilicious (getting a bit irritated): Why?

Manager: I don't know. Headquarter said one. Why don't you call the Ichq company to ask?

Winnilicious: But you guys were the one who introduced the card.

Manager: I don't know. Not me.

Winnilicious slammed down the phone.

Winnilicious to mum: The Ichq card cannot be used already. Crystal Jade says one.

Mum (panicked): How come?

Winnilicious: I don't know. Crystal Jade says one. I went to the website to look for the telephone number but there is no number anymore. The previous number is a dead line. According to the website, they are putting the card on hold as there is a merger going on. How true? I do not know.

Mum: Then how?

Winnilicious thought: How the fark I know?

Winnilicious (irritated & rolled eyes): Told you don't anyhow buy already. Somemore, put so much cash in.  

Mum: I go Crystal Jade and ask.

Winnilicious: ………………………………

What the heck? Asked me to call & yet didn't want to believe me? Negative response, in turn, self-denial stage. Duh…………..

The phone rang,

Winnilicious: Hello…..

Mum (in anger tone): HELLO! YOU WANT EAT ANOT?

Winnilicious (irritated): Do you need to be so loud?

Mum: I AM ALWAYS SO LOUD ONE!

Winnilicious: Then never mind. I cook myself.

Again, Winnilicious slammed down the phone.

*ANGRY*

I wasn't aware that she bought the card. She only showed to us after she bought the card. Best of all, she put into $300 to $400 of cash into the card! If I am not wrong, the card value is like $200 plus to $300 now? According to her, the staff in Crystal Jade encouraged her to buy since she is a regular customer & now, Crystal Jade is pushing away all responsibilities by saying "I don't know." & why am I so negative about the whole issue? Cos the card company does not have a good reputation. Something happened a few years ago, if you are aware.

Now, what's now?

It seems to turn out to be my fault. Reason? Cos I never help!

In short, people who are away from the work force for long are simply gullible. Therefore, she is gullible! Unreasonable of cos. KNN!

A song that I love very much from the first time I heard. The lyrics, I guess, represent my feelings. Once again, I saw you, merely online though. Managed to take out the courage to say “HI” but I ended up, retreat; went offline until you were gone. What a coward I was! Or should I even call myself a LOSER? Maybe yes…..

Anyway, in time to come, I hope you will be down my memory lane.

All thanks to Linda, informing me that Jay Chou has a new "gf". She heard it from YES 933. Grrrrrr…… 

I was browsing through "Wan Bao" just now when I found the news and the picture of the so-called "gf".   The story goes, he and his best friend, Gen Hong was in his restaurant, Mr. J French Italian Restaurant and went over to the opposite bar opened by Wang Chew Sheng, his so-called godpa. After a while, both Jay & Gen Hong left the bar and went to pick up Jay's car. Waiting out Mr J are Gen Hong's wife and a lady called He Wan Ting.  Four of them left and Jay alighted Gen Hong & wife to board another car while Wan Ting moved to the front seat and left with Jay to "unknown". According to the news, she is a model. Not only that, she had also acted in Gary Cao's MV, 無辜.

Take a glimpse at Gary Cao's self-directed MV, 無辜 and you will be able to find this girl called He Wan Ting.

By the way, the article also says that NoNo is also keen in this He Wan Ting, after he attended Gen Hong's wedding and saw He Wan Ting there and insisted to send her home.
