Where is my 2008 resolution???
Oops… It was supposed to be my 2007 resolution BUT to be frank, it was never practised in 2007. It's about time to fulfill this in 2008 or else, it will be way too late. Too late for me to regret, in actual fact.
So what the heck is my 2008 resolution? TO LOSE WEIGHT TO xxKG!
Gym
2 times a week for the time being. If I am used to it, I will increase to 3 times a week. Or is it too much? Anyway, it will be held at Singapore Sports Council (Jurong West New Stadium). It's merely just $2.50 per entry. Plus I have a kaki to go with me. So with her motivation, I bet I can at least make it to the gym once a week.
Other classes
1. Kickboxing (Singapore Sport Council): $65 – Bukit Gombak SRC (Sat, 12pm to 1pm/ 6.30pm to 7.30pm),
2. Step Aerobics (Singapore Sport Council) – TBA
3. CardioMix (Singapore Sport Council): $85 – Bukit Gombak SRC (Sat, 7.30pm to 8.30pm), Jurong West SRC (Wed, 7.30pm to 8.30pm), JURONG WEST SRC (Tues, 6.30pm to 7.30pm), Jurong East SRC (Mon/ Wed, 7.30pm to 8.30pm),
4. Pilates (Singapore Sport Council): $110 - Bukit Gombak SRC (Sun, 11am to 12pm),
5. Aerobics Dance (CC): $60 to $65 – Mon (7pm to 8pm)
Hmmmm… I shall head for the gym 1st.

pehhoon – Aerobics Dance starts only 12 May at the CC over at my house. Gek Poh don’t have. Nanyang CC also don’t have.
How about Step Aerobics (Step aerobics is a type of aerobic conditioning class that uses a low bench as its cornerstone. Bench heights can range from 4 to 14 inches. The step provides a low-impact high-energy workout that emphasises the use of your calves, thighs, and buttocks. In this workout, you step up and down from the bench in time to music. As your fitness improves, you can adjust the height of the bench, increase the tempo of the music and/or use hand-held weights). This will be at SSC (14 April), is it quite rush?
Aerobics (Aerobics exercises large muscle groups that can be maintained continuously for a long period of time and is rhythmic in nature. It helps to train the cardiovascular and muscular system. A basic aerobics course can improve your stamina and tone your body. It appeals to all ages and is suitable for most people. If you wish to have a higher fitness level, try aerobics) at Jurong East Stadium, Sunday, 11am to 12pm. Nice timing right?
Kickboxing is good too. An exercise programme that offers a variety of co-ordinated workout involving various technique on kicking and punching in rhythmic movement forms. It aims to provide participants with a more robust, energetic, systematic and enjoyable workout. This exercise is good for the development of various muscle groups surrounding both the upper body and lower body, and helps to tone your body physically while helping you to develop a good standard of stamina and physical fitness level.

Good post. You make some great points that most people do not fully understand.
“2 times a week for the time being. If I am used to it, I will increase to 3 times a week. Or is it too much? Anyway, it will be held at Singapore Sports Council (Jurong West New Stadium). It’s merely just $2.50 per entry. Plus I have a kaki to go with me. So with her motivation, I bet I can at least make it to the gym once a week. ”
I like how you explained that. Very helpful. Thanks.
