Ellenborough Market Café @ Swissotel Merchant Court

I miss this place!

In fact, I miss the food there. Esp, the durian pengat , a sweet concoction of pure durian mousse. It is so damn good! Till the extent that you thought you had died in heaven!

Ellenbough Market Cafe was famed in 1997 with the durian pengat. It is famous for their large spread of Peranakan and Asian Cruisine.
As for the price, if I can still remember clearly, it is less than $30 after the GST, service charges etc. Worth it right?

Therefore, anyone interested in this high tea buffet next week?

Sony Ericsson K850i

I am eyeing at this HP in fact, Camera is 5 megalpixels but to the fact is that I have a digital camera, do I really need a 5 megapixel HP camera?

Plus, I am not too sure what other NEW functions this HP has? It seems like a upgrading version of K800i with not much improvements except for the camera.

Wonder how much will it cost too?

If I am not wrong, it should be out by this year end.

Are you emo?

You Are 52% Emo

You’re not emo, but you’re plenty thoughtful, unique, and even a little angsty.

Shoo Shoo…. Lazy bug – please go!

I am infested with bugs named LAZY BUGS!

LOLx……..

I am simply lazy to do anything! Or should I say I have no life again?

My weekdays are simple. Work, sleep & drink only. By Friday, I will be DEAD tired. Therefore, it means no clubbing for me. Pubbing? I am still fine with it, considering there must be a chair for me to sit!

*roll eyes*

My weekends are nothing but REST REST & REST! I no longer feel like going out to town during my weekends. Journey is kinda far plus the weather is way freaking hot!

The only thing that I am indulge in is FOOD! LOLx…………………… Urge to go for high tea!

*roll eyes*

Thought I am supposed to be on diet???????

P/S: FYI, I will not blog so often unless I have something constructive to write about. Plus, I am just plain LAZY!

Pay Day… =)

The long awaiting pay day! Finally, a full-pay pay day.

I so need to go on a shopping spree!

My spree:

1. Shoes from Gripz

2. A Swarovski crystal chain from Japan – Was told crystal cast evil away!

3. A GG5 dress

4. A Longchamp Le Pliage Brown bag medium size for casual or lazy days usage

Enough for the month! Anyway, Mr sponsor had agreed to pay half for 3 & 4 – the result of making me angry and making me for him from 6pm to 8pm on a Friday!

Helloooooooooooooooo!!!!!

HELLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO PEOPLE!

I am finally back!

My lappy finally "discharged" from the "hospital"! (In fact, it was only "hospitalised" for a week but I was way too busy & lazy to fetch it back home.) Hee…………

Oh well, even though I had gone MIA for almost a month but sad to say, there is nothing worth remembering. Therefore, I am sorry to advise that I am unable to update you much about me & myself!

After all, life is kinda boring nowadays. Guess age is catching up. Exhaustion overwhelm me! My life has became kinda routine. It's either work, eat, sleep, drink & obviously, PAY DAY! (Talking about pay day, tomorrow is my pay day! YEAH!)

Oh yes, with that, I have to admit that I put up tons of weight. I even have my ugly cute Pooh Bear stomach which contains tons of good food. Haiz…… What to do? I have been cutting down a lot on smoking. To this extent that I do not have the urge to smoke anymore – which means this is great! Unfortunately, the cons of cutting down on smoking is you will keep feeling hungry (confirmed by my Doc BF, David). Cry So it's either cigar or fat. I chose the latter, therefore I had to put up with the extra few pounds 1st. After the "cold turkey" period, I will be fine, back to my normal eating habit. By then, I will have to EXERCISE (I dislike this word thou)!

Therefore stay tune.

P/S: No pics for the time being!

Me….

Guess this is the ME……

Party Time…..

FINALLY, after much "resting", I am back in the party scene.

First of all, let me introduce you to THE PUMP ROOM.

The latest nightlife trailblazer to make waves in Singapore, The Pump Room is a unique non-smoking dining and entertainment venue occupying a prime spot in Clarke Quay – Singapore’s coveted F&B and lifestyle destination. Opened in early December 2006, this microbrewery and bistro is made up of three concepts that will appeal to anyone looking for a memorable drinking, dining and partying experience – a microbrewery, bistro and a bar with a live band and room to party. It has its own microbrewery & the beer is unpasteurised and unfiltered, and has no added chemicals or preservatives. This means you will enjoy the great taste of fresh, natural beer.

Different kinds of beer @ The Pump and I had The Pump Room Lager – Golden, crisp, clean and easy drinking. Hmmmmmm…. Taste not bad. As for food, I had the Fisherman’s Basket of battered prawns, scallops and crab cake on chips that caused me to suffer from rashes for the next 2 days. LOLx………..

Next is Kandi Bar. Nothing amazing. Just a chill out place with comfortable seats. The 1 for 1 SUCKS cos I cannot taste the volka at all! & I wasn't high. Which means, the alcohol contents in the Volka Orange SUCKS! LOLx…. But I did like the Tequllia which is flavoured. Apple, orange, pear etc……..

As usual, headed to MOS. Pure Room seemed quiet even though it was 12am. The much more happening place is still the R&B section which was full of M people! YUCKS!

The next place I am going for sure is Arena. A little description about Arena.

The Arena at Clarke Quay is Singapore's No.1 International Live Music Venue. Located in the booming Clarke Quay entertainment district at the heart of Singapore, The Arena has been packing in hordes of music-loving hedonists ever since it opened its doors back in May 2007.

Whether you get your kicks out of live rock, pop or jazz, or prefer to flex and grind the night away to pumping house, booming big beat or the latest electronica grooves, The Arena has it all under one very big roof. From Tuesday to Sunday, The Arena plays host to live bands from the UK, US, Australia and Asia, and is also home to some of Singapore's finest DJ talent.

Spread over a sprawling 10,000 sq. ft area and costing S$6 million to renovate, The Arena is clearly in a league of its own. Super-cool and luxurious with meticulous attention to detail throughout, and boasting the world's most technologically advanced lighting, sound and pyrotechnic equipment, The Arena has taken the concept of nightlife in Asia to a whole new level. And because of this, The Arena has rightfully earned its reputation as a world-class nightclubbing destination.

Anyone interested??????

P/S: The photos are not uploaded cos my lappy is still "sick".
