1. adherence to moral and ethical principles; soundness of moral character; honesty.
2. the state of being whole, entire, or undiminished: to preserve the integrity of the empire.
3. a sound, unimpaired, or perfect condition: the integrity of a ship’s hull.
Hmmmmm….
Frankly speaking, I have been pondering for the past one month as to why am I so unhappy about my job & FINALLY, I had my answer today.
Surprisingly, the main reason isn’t the envoirnment. Neither is the people (though I always whine about her but she isn’t a threat to me at all - Politically wise, she isn’t my match still). The main reason is INTEGRITY!
I DO NOT WISH TO LOSE MY INTEGRITY!
I really cannot bring myself to do something that is against my morale. It is simply just unethical.
Just because some people out there wanted to save on the insurance premium paid, under-declaration had to be done. Now that someone was killed in a motor accident while travelling to work & insurer declined the claim due to fraudulent misrepresentation. That dependents of that poor fellow are not getting any single cent (Please note that MOM’s assessment is $88,000).
Whose fault? Oh well, I do not wish to point fingers at anyone now! All I need to do now is to crack my head and see what can I really do to help the deceased’s family members.
Anyway, this isn’t going to be the last case. This is just one of my problematic cases I have on hand now.
I STILL HAVE & NEED MY INTEGRITY!
I no longer can convince myself to work in that company anymore!

I wish to look for a Personal Assistant. The candidate has to be familiar with Microsoft office software, access information on the internet, able to contact people over the telephone and e-mail and look after administrative matters.
My office will be located in Sin Ming Road, off Upper Thomson Road. I wish to have someone who lives in Ang Mo Kio, Toa Payoh or Bishan.

I am sure I fit the above requirements. Not forgetting I am, after all, an ex-Income staff who knows his working style plus I do claims.

Okay okay, here is a bit out of topic but I seriously need to whine!
My boss is taking me as a fool! The claim people of this particular insurance company must be thinking that I am a fool!
ARGH…..
The story goes, “My client had an accident with a tree. 1. Is the tree payable under the insurance policy? Yes of cos. 2. The vehicle is under insured. There is this tail gate on the vehicle which was not damaged (according to the client). Now the client wanted to remove the tail gate and fix it elsewhere. Possible? I shall remain silent. Not that I do not know the answer BUT my boss gave a much “better” & “fantastic” solution.”
So what the fark is the solution? “Beg” the insurer to allow the removal of the tail gate since it was not insured.
KIDDING ME RIGHT? DAMN!
Oh well, I shall remain silent.

Anyone interested to join him? I may consider if I seriously cannot get the job I want by April 2007. You may think that I am nuts! But seriously speaking, working with him isn't that bad though I was driven nuts many a times during my 3 years with NTUC Income. BUT, at least he is someone I seriously respect. After all, I "grew up" with Mr Tan and NTUC Income. HAIZ… Those were the days….

Early in the morning & I am whining. Duh… Kinda sick sia!
BUT, I seriously cannot help it!
It is the 30th Jan and my pay day is supposed to be 28th Jan, so WHERE THE HELL IS MY CHEQUE?
Since my pay is delayed, work will then be delayed as well.
This is simply CRAP. I don’t even feel secure working in this company.
I NEED ANOTHER JOB BADLY!

For a hard-core clubber like me, I am seriously “ashamed” to admit that it was my 1st time to Club MOMO & sad to say, that will be my last time there.
The only purpose I will be there again is to finish the bottle of Martell my dear has opened that night. Half a bottle left. I was wondering if I could bring it home and finish at home instead. GREAT IDEA! Shall suggest to my dear then.
Hmmmm… Why do I not like MOMO then? The music sucks! The crowd sucks! Everything there simply SUCKS! Or should I say, I am too “old” for MOMO? (Hey man, I look young okay? Very young I should say. LOLx…..)
Whatever then. I will never go to MOMO again!
